My machine is new and it is Centrino, 80GB. I have disabled the ‘Automatic Calculation’ option in the Tools menue to avoid frequent computations but it does not help much.

Eg from a population of three discrete numbers x, y and z there are 9 possible samples of size 2 (with replacement). I have tried the sampling tool in excel but this only draws random observation it does not give groups of possible samples. Any help on this would be much appreciated as i have spent a long time on this!!!
